MIAMI, FL – On June 5, 2025, The LAB Miami buzzed with excitement as Endeavor Miami hosted its annual Startup Pitch Competition, showcasing 10 innovative entrepreneurs vying for investment and industry recognition. This event, which has become a cornerstone of Miami’s growing startup ecosystem, was attended by a diverse group of investors, mentors, and business leaders. Top Three Startups
After an intense round of presentations, three startups stood out as the most promising, earning recognition for their innovative solutions and potential for impact.

Real Grader – Founded by Alex Montalenti, Real Grader aims to revolutionize the real estate industry with a digital marketing platform tailored for real estate agents and sales professionals. The platform uses AI-powered content creation, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and social media integrations to enhance agents’ online presence and streamline their marketing efforts. This solution is poised to simplify and accelerate real estate marketing, making it easier for agents to reach a wider audience.

Alphana.ai – A startup founded by Sebastian Mourra, Alphana.ai provides a cutting-edge solution for content management. The platform utilizes artificial intelligence to convert video content into over 30 different shareable materials, including blog posts, social media content, and email newsletters. This tool is designed to make content creation more efficient for businesses looking to engage with audiences across multiple platforms without the time-consuming process of manually repurposing content.

Cadenna – Led by Ricardo Pero, Cadenna focuses on modernizing supply chain finance. The platform offers innovative solutions that streamline financial operations within the supply chain sector, helping businesses access liquidity and optimize their supply chain processes. With its data-driven approach, Cadenna is set to enhance transparency and efficiency, creating a more sustainable model for global supply chains.
Notable Finalists
In addition to the top three, several other startups impressed the judges with their innovative ideas. Among them were Dingdoor, a platform offering virtual tour services for real estate properties; Globe THRIVERS, a wellness startup focused on holistic health solutions; Synchronyx, which is developing a software tool for enhanced team collaboration; and Tukki, a sustainable fashion brand offering eco-friendly clothing and accessories. These startups represent a diverse range of industries, showcasing Miami’s status as a hub for creative and innovative minds.
