Elliot Daemon’s journey from creative visionary to entrepreneurial force is rooted in a lifetime immersed in the arts. Born Görkem Akdeniz Uysal in Istanbul, of Turkish and Romanian heritage, he grew up surrounded by creativity in every form—theatre, acting, performance art, underground rap performances, dance, film, design, drawing, 3D animation, and glass flamework. These early experiences formed the foundation of his multidisciplinary vision, where sound, movement, and design were not separate crafts but expressions of the same creative energy.
At eighteen, he moved to Los Angeles by himself to carve his own path, studying design & media arts at UCLA, acting at the New York Film Academy, and music production at The Los Angeles Recording School. But his vision soon expanded beyond academia. In 2018, he founded The 11:11 Collective with his peers, a creative hub uniting artists, producers, and designers under a shared purpose. That foundation evolved into 11:11 RECORDS, officially established in 2021, marking the beginning of a new era for independent music—a label built by artists, for artists.

In 2025, 11:11 RECORDS announced a landmark partnership with EMPIRE, officially revealed in The Source Magazine. The collaboration marked a new chapter for the label, expanding its global reach and solidifying its position among today’s most forward-thinking independent music companies. Through this partnership, 11:11 RECORDS continues to release groundbreaking projects from its roster, including the new single “FLASH” by GXDRL feat. Suigeneris, which is already gaining momentum and climbing the charts.

In 2022, Elliot released “WRISTS”, a collaboration with OVRCZ of Internet Money Records and mixed by Enviyon On the Mix, the legendary studio behind Juice WRLD’s “Lucid Dreams.” The record marked a defining moment in his evolution as an artist—blending raw emotion with refined production. More than a single, “WRISTS” became a statement. Partnering with suicide prevention organizations, Elliot turned its release into a campaign for awareness and healing during Suicide Prevention Month (September), transforming pain into purpose and music into movement.
