How much TV can you watch on a weekend? For the first time, Apple is offering customers two days of free access to its streaming service Apple TV+.
Apple announced Monday that new customers around the world will have free access to Apple TV+ from January 4th to January 5th, the first weekend of 2025. The ad-free pass includes access to award-winning shows like “Ted Lasso” and “Severance.” ”

Apple TV+ typically costs $9.99 per month and includes a 7-day free trial for new members. Apple increased the monthly fee for the service from $4.99 to $6.99 in October 2022, and from $6.99 to $9.99 in October 2023.

Apple TV+ has no ads and allows up to six simultaneous streams from one account.
How to access Apple TV+ for free
Apple TV+ is available on the web and in the Apple TV app, which comes preloaded on Apple devices like iPhone and Mac. To access streaming services, you can log in with your Apple ID or create an Apple ID using your email address. You can stream it for free from there.
