A new report from AI interviewing company Final Round AI ranks the top 10 jobs that don’t require a traditional degree, from commercial pilot at No. 1 to hearing aid specialist at No. 7, based on data from Glassdoor.

Although you don’t need a degree to become a commercial pilot, it does cost money to obtain the commercial pilot license you need to earn a pilot’s salary. According to estimates from Indeed, it costs between $55,000 and $100,000 to obtain a commercial pilot’s license.
The second highest paying job on the final round AI list is dental hygienist. Although only 12.63% of dental hygienist jobs require a degree, New York State requires a high school diploma in addition to completion of a dental hygienist licensure program accredited by the American Dental Association. State requirements may vary by occupation.
